Fisher-Price Cradle N Swing My Little Sweetie Review

Recently, I was searching around looking for something that would be perfect for my little girl. Don’t get me wrong, I love carrying her around, but during nap time, it gets a bit chaotic simply because I work from home. So, I wanted something that would give her the same type of comfort that I would want, as well as be easy on my wallet and was easy enough to be put away when it wasn’t being used. After a lot of research, I went with the My Little Sweetie Cradle ‘N Swing by Fisher-Price. I am really glad that I did. It had more features than I expected. I read about the important stuff, comfort, assembly, and safety. Which all of those were 5 stars.

What I loved was the fact that it not only rocked back and forth, it rocked side to side and it was super easy to change settings. There are 6 speeds per setting, and even nature sounds. I often play soothing wind and bird noises for my little one, so this was a major plus as well as the additional 16 songs. There is a mobile that spins, as well as the flowers which actually helps with sensory skills. So there are plenty of ways for you to be able to pick a combination that is right for you and your baby. What I loved was the plug in option to save batteries when traveling. The infant support and seat pad are removable and machine washable. Which for me is always great. It folds up for easy storage and only requires 4 D batteries.

The seat has two positions so you can relax when your little one dozes off, and it has an almost nest type feel to it as it tends to hug the baby. For added safety there is a 3 point harness to keep them snug inside of it. The model that I had, even came with an attachable tray, but it isn’t quite time for her to be using that yet. Let’s talk pro’s and con’s.

Pro’s:

  • Easy to store
  • Plugs in to save batteries
  • Hugs the infant
  • 2 seated positions
  • 16 songs and 2 nature sounds
  • Plenty of speeds and combinations to use

Con’s:

  • It can be a bit pricey
  • Not all models come with the attachable tray

Overall, the Cradle ‘N Swing is a great deal, especially for the price. It has plenty of features that are great for both mom and baby and I won’t lie, my daughter loves to watch the flowers move. It keeps her occupied while I work and often keeps her calm while I am busy. This is a great swing and I would recommend it to any mom out there.
